Randy Roy has spent 40 years judging all over North America at some of the most prestigious shows, recently recognized by the USEF for this accomplishment, and only Canadian have officiated at all major indoor shows in Canada and the USA. Randy also course designed at every major horse show in North America and continues to do so.
